Overview

Daken battery powered energiser's are the perfect partner for strip grazing, temporary fencing and remote applications. Will use a battery where mains power is not available. We supply small portable models to high power ones for bigger stations and long runs.

The Daken BT2 electric fence energiser is suitable for strip grazing and smaller fencing applications for up to 2km's of fence.

The compact BT2 is a short-range energiser that suits small jobs around your property or is a handy stand by. Even though it’s an entry level electric fence energiser it still has a self-diagnostic ability to tell you if you have a short or if the battery is low and needs to be recharged. The Daken BT2 electric fence energiser is s practical and easy to use energiser that is strong, ant proof and weather proof.

Battery Required:

A 12V Battery is not included with this energizer.

We do sell small low cost 12V 7.2AH Batteries that can be paired with this unit.

The 12V 7.2AH battery will last roughly 12 days before needing a charge.

12V Batteries with a larger “AH”, eg: 70ah (standard size car battery), 100ah or more will allow this unit to run for a number of weeks before requiring a recharge. 

Look after your battery, Keep in a plastic battery box or container to protect it from the weather, and where possible keep it off the ground to stop it from self-discharging.
